dirname: Convert a full pathname to just a path

Convert a full pathname to just a path
Syntax
dirname pathname

Prints all but the final slash-delimited component of a
string (presumably a filename).
If PATHNAME is a single component, `dirname? prints `.?
(meaning the current directory)
