Solution: XAML Namespace http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008 is not resolved.
After adding some effects to a styled Visual Studio Silverlight Project i was surprised by following message:
The best solution is to put this lines in your XAML declaration:
xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
mc:Ignorable="d"
